Tai Chi

Tai chi  is about grounding both physically and mentally. Through the slow movements one learns to sink one's energy downward to remain balanced and grounded.  Tai Chi can also improve blood flow by increasing the ability of blood vessels to expand and contract.    The increase in blood flow can be especially important to help improve circulation and help people who suffer from stiffness, pain, or cold extremities.
