Feldenkrais Method®

​
The Feldenkrais Method® uses movement, floor exercises, and body work to retrain the central nervous system.  The Method can improve a variety of conditions including arthritis, fibromyalgia, traumatic injury, back, neck, and jaw pain. It is also useful for improving the performance of those who are physically active such as dancers, equestrians, martial artists, and athletes.
